We aim to send out all standard & express post orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Shipping is via Australia Post & does not include signature on delivery or insurance. In the rare instance that an order arrives damaged or broken, please photograph the item & contact us via Email, Instagram or Facebook. To rectify the situation, we will send you a replacement or offer you a refund or gift voucher. Overseas orders do not have tracking & can take up to 3 weeks to arrive due to customs & other postal service delays. 

For Sunshine Coast locals, we offer a local pick up option at checkout. Once the order has been placed, we will send you a text or email with details on how to pick up your order.
