Shipping is to be covered by the customer & items must be returned in as-new condition. If you have purchased a gift for someone & they would like to exchange it, the above applies.

In the rare instance that an order arrives damaged or broken, please photograph the item & contact us via email. To rectify the situation, we will send you a replacement or offer you a refund or gift voucher.
